Motor Mechanic:

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in stripping down engines and able to run diagnostics. Someone with experience of working on all makes and models of vehicle will benefit in this role. Tyre fitting experience is a must.
You will be required to complete various jobs through the day and will need to be physically fit to hits these targets.
Must have no more than 6 points on a full UK driving licence and ideally 10+ years working in the industry.
We require you to work alternative Saturday mornings.

Class 4 MOT Test/ Mechanic
As a MOT Technician / Vehicle Mechanic you will:
- Be responsible for carrying out repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Hold an NVQ level 3 in a related subject or equivalent
- Complete various mechanical and servicing work
- Carry out Class 4 MOT Tests on all makes and models of cars, completing service certification adhering to VOSA requirements
- Be competent in fast fit repairs i.e. tyre fitting, brakes, suspension and exhausts
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements.
Skills and experience required:
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate excellent customer liaison and satisfaction skills and have the ability to sell an array of available services. With a flexible and positive approach, you should be able to efficiently work under pressure. You should be a keen team player with a focus on providing excellent customers service, good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will need an eye for detail and must be literate and numerate.
